Who writes this

Hi, I'm Chris Tan. I'm a property director based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, working in the Iskandar Malaysia market. I've spent years helping locals, Singaporeans, and overseas buyers navigate relocating here and buying property — the visas, the neighbourhoods, the costs, and the mistakes people make. This site is where I write down what I'd tell a friend who asked me "should I move to Malaysia, and how?"
